Signs that talk to you, literally!

Our design & build intervention at the Ford Foundation’s Delhi office, was arguably the first signage identity in the country that promised to be inclusive in many respects. Thanks to a ruthless architect in Ruchira Sareen, who ensured that we burnt the midnight oil reading through guidelines set by the Ministry of Urban Development, ADA, BANA, FPA, we were able to create signs that were tactile, accessible to people with visual disabilities, visible to people on wheel-chairs and last but not the least, speaking to people who prefer audio over visual!
